Get Your Weight Up

Man, this is a little bit of my sidemeat workout by Charles Russ to transform my body to the next level. Im hitting the gym almost 2 times a day and my whole body hurts. lol  I cant wait to see the results after 4 more weeks of pain and focus!  ccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccc. cccccccccc. . .
